Activity • Client research indicated that travellers were longing for a nature-based holiday (while still enjoying the creature comforts). Spencer reached out to several NSW based eco-resorts such as Paperbark Camp, Black Bird Byron Sierra Escape & Wolgan Valley to develop joint online campaigns •Main channels were social media and EDMs plus travel consultants reaching out to their clients •Focus of the campaign was re-connect with nature / getting off grid plus COVID measures at the properties to instill confidence
Result • Strong social media engagement on both Facebook & Instagram, resulting in significant amount of enquiries and bookings
